Kefir is a fermented food with many benefits, such as improving your bone health and boosting your immune system. But did you know that kefir is not just a healthy beverage for us but also beneficial for the plants? Among its other uses, kefir makes an excellent fertilizer because of its bacterial content and acidic nature that help plants grow healthier. Bacteria in the soil can also help protect plants from diseases.
