Succulents, although famous for being low maintenance as they require only a minimal amount of water, are just like any other plant that needs some pruning and trimming now and then. Some succulents can grow larger than expected and then eventually outgrow their garden space or containers. Thus, making a few cleanups necessary. Furthermore, what makes pruning succulents great in many cases is how you can replant their cut-off portions to another container. How convenient! Just remember to take extra precautionary measures like wearing gloves to avoid hurting yourself.
